The space in which you work matters. It should inspire and elevate. And it should tell the story of the company, it’s jobs, and its people. Rippling’s brand design team along with Nossa Norman Design Studio set out to do all of that with their new office location in India.
The team considered everything to create a space that felt both uniquely Rippling and uniquely Bangalore. From the small details—like the color and font used for conference room signage—to the big stuff like thoughtful interior architecture and comfortable furniture. Nuemorph Architects and Rafferty Construction were crucial in bringing the design team’s vision to life.
The entire 30,000 square feet are devoted to the engineering and customer service teams which work in different time zones. Bold and colorful murals by local Noopur Choksi express “unity—collaboration and the coming together of these different teams from across continents to make Rippling what it is today. “
Other custom specially made elements include ‘ripple' carved 3D acoustical wall panels, warm wood reception desk with subtle nod to the logo and locally woven wool rugs in the perfect shades of plum . Beautiful elements aside, it’s an accessible and flexible workplace that operates day and night for its 300 plus employees.
